Best in Practice National Recruitment Federation 2011 Award for Hotel & Catering industry went to Noel Recuitment.

This award was sponsored by The Shelbourne Hotel and presented by Stephen Hanlon, General manager of the Shelbourne.

The judges awarded the winner in this category based on the very high quality of standards and service supplied. A clear industry leadership demonstration and the ability to strive forward with new innovations. They felt they were leaders rather than followers in this section and had demonstrated a drive to be first in the industry.

This award was sponsored by JobsBoard.ie and presented by Jobs Board Managing Director Ivan Stojanovic.







    The judges said the submission from the winner of this category was a clear Road-map of their success. They have a very clear idea of what they are as a company hence the retention of staff and the repeat business from their clients.
Their humanised approach and commitment and responsibility to their candidates are commendable.

Best in Practice National Recruitment Federation 2011 Award for Healthcare went to Servisource.

This award, presented by Fergal Lennon, was sponsored by CXC Global Exchange.

The winner of this category was chosen for their innovation in a number of areas.
Mobile training, developing new models for their Clients, and the development of new processes to enable them to spend more time with Candidates and Clients.
The judges also noted the Company instilled and encouraged a sense of pride in their staff.

This award, sponsored by Social Talent, was presented by Nicola McCarthy.










    
The winner in this category stood out for the judges. They showed very strong innovative recruitment solutions for this sector. They are going out of their way not only for their clients and candidates but for their Staff as well. They showed how in touch they are with all 3, and the little things they did really made a difference. They provided what the judges noticed was a great local feel and a very smart operation overall.

Peter Nunan from Sigmar wins Recruitment Consultant of the Year NRF 2011 Award

National Recruitment Federation Recruitment Consultant of the Year 2011 Award goes to Peter Nunan from Sigmar.

    This category was very strongly contested and drew one of the highest entries. The judges had a very hard task as the quality was outstanding this year. The winner stood out strongly for all the judges for their commitment to their role and their all-round professionalism with both candidates and clients alike. They found the winner to be very self aware, articulate and knew what they needed to work on. The winner also understood the importance of standards in the industry and how it was all about people rather than the fee. From a clients perspective knew what was being asked of them and delivered 100%.

Robert Walters wins Best Agency Online Service NRF 2011 Award

National Recruitment Federation Best Agency Online Service 2001 Award goes to Robert Walters.
Louse Fallon Senior Consultant, Commerce & Supply Chain accepted the Best Agency Online Service NRF 2011 Award on behalf of Robert WaltersLouse Fallon, Senior Consultant, Commerce & Supply Chain accepted the Best Agency Online Service NRF 2011 Award on behalf of Robert Walters.

The judges selected the winner in this category because, the overall look and feel is very clean and functional and there is a strong awareness of maintaining visibility through online reporting and affiliations with professional institutes. It scored highly in terms of employment information beyond the basics of job hosting, having launched the Salary Checker iPhone app in November of last year, which has been downloaded 70,000 times. The site is very well put together and easy to navigate. It was also impressive in terms of refreshment of the jobs on the site. In terms of response times, registering is easy for candidates thanks to a recent redesign and a reply comes within the promised 24-hour time period.
